The Computer Operator reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.
The Information Systems Center (ISC) is an office within the Office of the Information Resource Management (IRM) section at the U.S. Embassy Rabat.
The incumbent is responsible for providing first line technical support to all staff and agencies working at the Embassy.
These duties include all systems administrator Active Directory duties for the Rabat Organizational Unit, systems administration support for all workstations, servers and network infrastructure; and administration support of teleworking tools such as State Department apps on government phone systems and laptops.
At least 2 years’ experience working in an IT Helpdesk or IT Customer Service position is required.
Must have a good understanding of Microsoft operating systems for workstations and servers as well as a good knowledge of IT peripherals, LAN concepts, hardware, and phone/laptops hardware and software.
Completion of two years of college or university studies is required.
Salaire: 14581 Dirhams.
