We are looking for a professional Office Assistant to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and processes. You will also be the intermediate between the company and all the other stakeholders (Suppliers, Bank, Public Administrations…)
Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with the specifications and quality requirements
Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
Purchase materials, plan payments and fees and ensure financial efficiency (Fees & Purchases Optimization, Debts Recovery…)
Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives
Create & Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
Deal with all the department’s requests (purchases and paperwork)

Proven 3+ years experience as an Accountant or Administration Manager

Budget development and oversight experience

Office Automation skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.)

Welovebuzz is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the Sales team. This full-time role is available in Casablanca.
Reporting directly to the head of sales, you will be responsible for revenue growth and customer acquisition. Your role is to build and lead a sales team that will come up with experiments, strategies and offerings to grow Welovebuzz revenue.
What you will do:
Ensure continued focus on top priorities and effective communication of priorities across the sales team
Oversee day-to-day operations with the sales team
Set revenue targets and forecast future revenue using data and market insights
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Establish processes and frameworks to optimize how the teams operate and encourage maximum impact, goal setting practices, autonomy, and accountability
Be the voice of the customer and make sure that we deliver an incredible customer experience and satisfaction
Manage relationships, partnerships, and collaboration with brands, agencies, and partners
Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting KPIs and data and turn it into tangible insights
5+ years leadership and relevant experience in online media, technology or digital fields
Deep understanding of Sales-related functions
Strong relationship management skills with proven experience hiring, training, and scaling teams
Ability to apply structure/frameworks to unstructured problems
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Self-starter who can own strategic initiatives and KPIs from start to finish
Highly analytical and quantitative and used to making decisions based on data
